God called the beloved Ruth Covington home at the age of 90 1/2.

Ruth was known for her GOOOOD fried chicken, icey cups, Carmel cakes, butter rolls and peach cobbler! Her favorite thing was to fall asleep while you scratched her scalp and combed her hair. Ruth would always say FAMILY SHOULD STICK TOGETHER."

lEGACY

Ruth leaves to cherish one sister Bessie (Rannie) Strong, four children, Lee Covington (Margaret), Rose Denton (Author), Jerry Covington (Kimberlee), Herman Covington (Tyrain). 26 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, 12 great great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; a close friend of over 40+ years Debbie Haskell.
